COURTYARD is a 56-second film of a limestone villa. The plan draws itself, the walls rise, the house separates into labelled layers and the camera walks through to a sunset view. Every shot comes from the same 3D model.

Garden design · Studio concept.
The opening film shows a gardener measuring the plot. Visitors then enter their own dimensions in the garden planner, try a bigger patio and watch the sample sums change. Their choices travel with them into the enquiry.

The opening film follows a roofer through an inspection, a quiet pause and one careful tile replacement. Visitors describe what they can see from the ground, mark anything they are unsure of and build a survey brief. The planner avoids speculative roof prices.

Painting & decorating · Studio concept.
The opening film shows a decorator rolling a wall, checking the finish and nodding. Visitors price walls, ceilings and woodwork one room at a time and read the sample working line by line. Work that needs an assessment says so instead of showing a price.
