3D architectural & interior films
Show the space
before it is built.
Short 3D films for homes, interiors and joinery. A plan draws itself, the walls rise, the parts separate so you can see how they fit, and the camera walks through to the finished view.
Watch COURTYARDArchitectural film · Fictional studio concept
One model,
plan to sunset.
A two-storey limestone courtyard villa,
told in 56 seconds from a single 3D model.
What the film shows.
An ink floor plan rises into a sectioned building. Stone, timber and glass arrive, the house separates into four labelled layers and settles back together, then the camera walks through the rooms to the terrace at sunset.
Every view comes from the same 3D model, so the plan, the exploded layers and the walkthrough always agree. The same scene gives you the full film, a vertical cut and stills.

Common questions.
How much does a 3D architectural or kitchen animation cost?
My fixed packages run from $395 for a 15-second vertical reveal to $1,950 for a 60-second film with a walkthrough. The price depends on the length, how much needs modelling and how many rooms the camera visits. You receive a written scope and price before anything starts.
What do you need from me?
Floor plans with the main dimensions, plus elevations or sketches if you have them. Photos of materials or reference images help with the look. For a vertical reveal, your existing renders or photos are enough.
Can you work from my SketchUp or Revit model?
Send me the file before we agree a price so I can check it. Plans and elevations are always enough on their own, because I build the model from your drawings.
Is this a real 3D model or AI-generated video?
The plan-to-3D and showcase films use a real 3D model, built in code from your drawings. That is why the plan, the exploded view and the walkthrough match exactly, and why changes such as a different worktop or door finish do not mean starting again. The vertical reveal animates your existing renders or photos instead.
Is music or a voiceover included?
Films are delivered without sound, so you can add your own music or voiceover. Ask if you would like help choosing licensed music.
What files will I receive?
MP4 files at 1920 x 1080 for the landscape film and 1080 x 1920 for the vertical cut, plus the stills listed in your package.
What have you got in mind?
A new website, a fresh look or a story worth telling. A few lines about your business is a good place to start.
