Who is responsible

Pat Robinson, trading as Pat’s Design in the United Kingdom, is responsible for the personal information used to handle direct project enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

When you visit

This is a static website hosted by Cloudflare. The hosting provider processes technical connection information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of this information.

I have not added advertising trackers, audience analytics, third-party video embeds or marketing cookies. Videos and fonts are served with the website. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent to me.

The optional brief builder

The contact page prepares an email locally. It does not submit your answers, save them on a server or keep them between visits. Copying uses your clipboard; saving creates a text file on your device. Opening a draft passes the prepared text to your email app. You choose whether to send it.

If you contact me

I receive the name, contact details and project information you choose to send. I use them to answer, assess the work and, if agreed, carry out the project. The basis is taking steps towards or performing a contract, or my legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries. Records needed for accounting or other legal obligations are retained on that basis.

Email is handled through Google Workspace. Project work may use the design, development and AI-assisted tools agreed for the brief. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential client material in an initial enquiry; we can agree suitable handling first.

Retention and service providers

I keep correspondence while it is useful for the enquiry or project and for any applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements, then review it for deletion. The appropriate period depends on whether the enquiry becomes a project and the obligations attached to it. Service providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements. I do not sell your contact information.

Fiverr and other websites

Calculator enquiries and orders are handled on Fiverr. Following that link opens a separate service governed by Fiverr’s privacy policy. This notice covers pats.design and my handling of direct enquiries.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Contact me using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data-protection regulator.
